This policy explains what personal data Guive collects through this website, what we use it for, and what rights you have over that data.

2. What data we collect

Through the contact form: full name, email address, subject and the content of the message you send. We do not collect payment or card data — this site does not process sales or online payments.

If you use the site's chat assistant, the messages you type are sent to the Google Gemini API (a third-party AI provider) to generate a reply. The conversation is not stored on our servers or in browser cookies — it is lost when you close or reload the page.

If you accept analytics cookies (see Cookie Policy), we also collect aggregated, anonymized browsing data through Google Tag Manager.

3. What we use your data for

Exclusively to respond to your business inquiry and, where applicable, to follow up on the commercial relationship. We do not use your data for purposes other than those that motivated the contact.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent when filling out and submitting the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the site (for example, our email delivery provider and, if you use the chat, Google as the provider of the AI assistant), always under confidentiality obligations.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep contact form data for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry, and for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.

7. Your rights

If you are located in the European Union or another territory with equivalent data protection, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at ventas@guive.com.
